Influences of The Renaissance

There were a lot of interesting new things that I have learned about Ancient Greece and one of them was that they invented a limited form of government that's known as demos kratos.
I liked the fact that "despite all of the limitations the Greeks had they still were the worlds first democracy." (Part 1)
The architecture of Greece is very structured and well constructed and was also created by two architects Iktinos and Kallikrates in Athens, between 447- 432 B.C.E.
I have learned a lot about the roman republic which in (Part 2) says that "there are some of the hallmarks of democracy, particularly with its elected senators that focus on the common good of everyone." The romans also conquered other culture rather easily in thus expanding the roman empire. Another interesting fact I learned was that Latin serves as "one of the main foundations for the modern languages of Europe including some others."

A lot of these concepts were new to me but I have also learned many other things about Ancient Greece and the Romans in different classes. I learned that a fights were very much enjoyed by the romans and were held in big colosseums for many people to see.
I have also encountered many movies and ideas of The Romans and Ancients Greece one being the movie Hercules and also Clash of Titians. These movies display Great monuments and also the algaculture of both Ancient Greece and Rome.
